I am of the oppinion it should be used to round up its viewers into one central location which should then be locked down and flooded with nerve gas.

No, it's a drawing.

I don't think it's entirely fair, ethical, or any sense at all for me to potentially go to jail because I decided one day to draw a fictional, exaggerated, anime, child.

It's inane.

But it's fine drawing fictional, exaggerated, anime, children

it's not fine drawing fictional, exaggerated, anime, children having sex.

Why isn't it fine to draw fictional, exaggerated, anime children having sex?

This is such a disturbingly extreme opinion I'm going to assume you're exaggerating unless you say otherwise.

Greedy Consumer

all hentai is disturbing or different, its to be expected, like ******** tentacles, who came up with that?

demons too, they have all sorts of nastier s**t than two kids getting it on. if anything the lolicon and shotacon appeal to the inner child more.

You asked.

Aged Lunatic

Disgusting as I find the stuff and those who read it, our resources and manpower can be better spent doing something other than enforcing violations against fictional characters.

If this stuff is illegal, then Stephen King and James Patterson should be put away for multiple murders.

Then why is it fine to portray fictional, exaggerated murder of children?

Timid Gawker

If the drawing is fictitious, then I don't care.

Rainbow Unicorn

No, it is drawings for ******** sake.

Familiar Poster

Everyone else said it's not real so it doesn't matter. Fair enough.

Don't we have cougars to handle the Shota-con people?

Wait, it's illegal in the US? I didn't know that. *thinks of how much Harry Potter fanart must be illegal in the US*

considering the standard metric to determine what is and isn't objectionable is "I'll know it when I see it," potentially all of it.

seriously, at this juncture, it's CP if a judge says it is, regardless of any other criteria. if it's determined that one sick ******** out there may have conceivably fapped to it, or might fap to it, or might see it and proceed to fap at any point afterward, then it's a crime to produce, possess, or view that image.

It's tricky.
On one hand, I hate *****.
On the other, It's a ******** drawing.
It seems especially egregious to waste resources on locking down shota/loli, when there are actual children being abducted and molested all day err'day.

Unless of course they're kidnapping children to use as models. *shot* x___x

Dapper Phantom

I am totally surprised by how freaked out people are by shota/loli. I totally don't see it as ***** because at least in my case, I find real children gross. You could say I liked "twinks" more in shota, where they are like 16+ and not prepubescent, but some consider it shota still because they look young. Like I said, if you're into yaoi, you might have a clue what I'm talking about when I say the options are relatively narrow. Hence why I started drawing my own hentai, but that's a whole other story. The fact is, I know I'm not the only person who can look at shota, and know that is very different from real children. Shota boys have a magical way of being perfect and not snot-nosed brats like real kids.

Equating people who look at hentai with real child molesters/***** and people who actually ******** dogs is ridiculous, imo.

It is, as of the PROTECT Act of 2003 (the Amber Alert law). Even if it wasn't it could still be illegal if determined to be obscenity.

Wait, now I'm even more confused. I thought "obscene" things could be regulated in the sense that you cannot display them in public, but to outlaw them entirely would violate freedom of speech. Considering the things I've seen on the internet, I'm really confused now.
