LSA shell is not a virus its part of the windows operating system...

Removing it would be execptionally hard, and potentionally damageing to your computers connectivty. hense why when you abort it windows thinks somthing is trying to compromise it.

ok...to stop it from shuting down would she press start run type in cmd to stop it form shutting down...?

That will open the command prompt. In that [DOS-like window], type in shutdown -a.

Actually, just typing shutdown -a in the run box would probably work. Eh.
