I"m totally leaving it like that. Now that I think about it, they're supposed to be outside a seedy night club. I would be surprised if someone *wasn't* peeing on a wall.

And self serving porn is one of the great parts of being an artist =)

And one of the great parts about self-serving porn is its potential for getting the artist smooches. I predict that my efforts will reward me with smooches.

I actually can't see your webcomic link. Mind if I take a look? :0

Everybody wants to see the peeing guy. This is how I know if I'm in with the right crowd.
I've got 20 panels underway for an origin story comic for one of my characters.

I finally finished and posted a particularly difficult page... only to be told that one of the figures in the background looks like he's peeing on a wall. And they were right...
But I still got the page done, so I'm counting this as a positive.

It definitely looks like he's peeing. I wouldn't call that a drawback, though.

Today I drew two scribbly pages for my partner's birthday. Since this is the first opportunity I've had since March to set aside a little time to draw something personal, I'm going to go ahead and count it as a victory. Even if it is just self-serving porn.

http://multipolarity.smackjeeves.com should show it. It's the most recent page as of the time that I am writing this.

I finally got some thumbs done and had my betas check it out. I'm super excited. They responded pretty well to it!

I inked a page and worked on thumbs for the upcoming chapters as well as thumbs for another one shot story to introduce a character to my main webcomic. *nods*

Shadowy Phantom

Does it count as concept art for my comic if it's of a setting that isn't even in the story? ...I say it does!

I'm new here, but I've been working on thumbnails & script my first few pages. It's a graphics novel, The Watchman, (art style much like a manga/anime). I've got a couple of artists in mind to help with backgrounds and some panels.

BUT... my characters are pretty much figured out, the story is already written. Gotta practice to make my characters look decent (hands, arms feet, different poses). Now all I need is money & ability to draw consistent characters & decent perspective for background then, hey, maybe by the end of this year I'll have a few thumbnail sketches done! wink
