She uses the Rocket Boots a lot. I don't think the unicycle is seen any other time. It might just be a dream bubble abstraction for all we know.

She never used that. I don't even remember her making it either.
I would say Gamzee used it, but all the details of what he did during their session wasn't really shown much.

Most likely thats the case, I've never seen her riding a unicycle and i doubt i would miss over something like that.

Or simply, Gamzee is observing that bubble. Dream bubbles pick up things from everyone who passes through them, and the entire meteor is in this one, even if only Terezi is upstairs being active in it (and the rest are still downstairs).
