I guess its cause my mom likes the area
Plus the two buildings are beside each other
And across the street there is MacDonalds, bus stop, grocery, bank, pharmacy ,
Soup places lol and just a few minutes away from other places XD

Well... That's the downside there, all buildings have them.
So, if the buildings are close, and one is nicer, why not just stay in that one...?

Mostly cause my mom is hoarder
And we needed to down size it took a month of cleaning
Plus other things happen (don't really feel comfortable talking about it)
So we moved to the apartment and my aunt lives there so she can keep an eye
