Missing Santa March Box and Achievement (Now Granting)

same here: no achievement and no "special item" granted 12 days of logging in and collecting holiday boxes.

Same here. No box and no achievement. They said they're working on fixing it for users who can't open their box, but what about the users who didn't get one?

I have collected all 12 boxes from header and have no special giftbox either. I thought the achievement was for carolling. Is there another?
