Alright, this is what's happening. And I'm not licking it one bit, so stressed out that I'm far past upset. Because I don't do well without my Laptop, though with the refresh it's not like I will miss my writing more to my books because the Microsoft words was wiped out. So if it wasn't one thing it would have been another.

Also why I may or may not be able to come on for a while.
And by the time I do come on I still might be upset from everything that's going on.
So I probably won't be on for the rest of the day, or for who knows how long if they have to keep it a few nights.

A few days ago Kaspersky wouldn't open so took it to Bestbuy and two people looked at it. Before leaving the guy explained I would have to refresh it or leave it there to be worked on. Well I came back and did just that and re-installed Karspersky. It worked fine all of yesterday so you'd think everything would be alright and just fine.

Yeah, great, if it only worked like that, total freaking fail.....
Today it's not opening and the only freaking thing I can do about it is to take it back and leave it there hoping they can help and it doesn't freaking die on me. Because I don't have money to go wasting on a Laptop every other year or what not.

The only good thing is I have everything saved, or I have the downloads I need written down in a draft in my email. Still not feeling all that great about this whole situation.
