With the RP thing... It's couples who have RPed a want/purpose/etc [I believe] in having bowls, for a chance at getting more than the limit of bowls
You post completed RPs in the approval thread, and once it's looked over, if it fits the standards of approval, then you can use that for getting more than the allotted amount of bowls.
I'm not a 100% on this as it is not my area of the shop, nor do I want a million spawn from my couples X'D
