Yeah, I could easily make something up, but then I'm torn cause we're supposed to be honest and put something we actually wanna' learn and improve upon. And we'll have to make measured progress reports and...ugh. I really don't even know if I wanna' continue with programming, cause honestly, I'm rather burnt out and disillusioned with it because of the past few years here. I dunno if I'll stay that way or not, but...I'd like to pursue my artistic interests again...but pretty sure that's not really associated with my job.

I was just in the middle of this whole...identity crisis and trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my life, then this guy comes in and is like 'what are your life goals?' and I'm like 'I have no idea; that's what I'm trying to figure out. >.> "

*ROFL* He even said he's had someone tell him before that what they wanted to learn was 'something to get me out of this job'. I'm like wow, that's bluntly honest...but I can get that. XD

Ahhh ok that makes it so much harder @.@ I was assuming it was just something to say haha, but if they want you to report on it... At the same time good for them! Trying to help their employees grow. That's something I don't hear a lot of.

Awww I am right there with you, Teig. Just started this new job and it's making me question if I want to even be in Graphic Design u.u I enjoy the work, but am so sick of sitting in front of a computer all day. So I feel ya in the sense of people are expecting something from you and you're kinda in limbo not sure...
