I think Twinkleshine (and Rosewater) would be wanting to go to a carnival >w> Celestia would be mighty inclined if there wasn't that whole distrust outside the tree thing (unless Faroth wants to convince her otherwise). Hjortur will be there. For sure. Malek maybe if his brothers/family drag him along. Natalia might go, probably not though. Shahrazhad will be looking to con some vendors. >w>

Tl;dr: Expect Twinkleshine, Rosewater, Hjortur, and Sharazhad to be there. Maybe Malek and Natalia too.
