How to block today's header:

Disclaimer: This is NOT a hate thread, and this was NOT fueled by hating on B R A I N. I saw a good amount of threads wondering if today's header could be blocked, so I decided to post a solution. I have no opinion of him or his fanbase; this is just for the convenience of anyone who doesn't want the header.


Note that you'll need AdBlock for either Firefox or Chrome, whichever browser you use.

The process is simple. Copy and paste this link:

... right-click it, and select 'Block Element'. Header gone.

You'll be left with a black and gold gradient header instead, but if that floats your boat more, then go ahead and do it.

Be sure AdBlock Plus is installed and running. You should see an icon in the top-right that is shaped like an Octagon and has the letter 'ABP' on it.

If it isn't, go to extensions (Chrome://extensions), and make sure it's enabled.

Finally, if it is and still not working, go to extensions, click on 'Options' under AdBlock, select 'Add your own Filters', paste the image url in the first post, and click 'Add Filter'.

I added it but I still see the image as a header on gaia. It's under my filters.
