The woman, LeeLa seemed to react very defensive suddenly. Her eyes slightly narrowed a bit as she slightly sat up. Her body had tensed up as she jumped to another tree limb, faint popping noises heard as she shifted into nothing more than a white tabby. She would be in some minor pain once she resumed her humanesque form as rushing into shifting instantly was always a bad thing. At least for skinwalkers as it took longer to shift into something smaller than what they preferred. The rain was slowly clearing up, however, dark clouds still hung overhead. She made way back to the ground however paused at a branch that was about ten feet from the ground. She wasn't sure where the woman had gotten too, but she wasn't at all in a pleasant mood now. If they made any offensive moves towards he it was likely she would go into a slight frenzy to protect her territory. Taking into instant mind that these others were threats. A faint smell caught her attention though. It was too far for her to really focus on where it was, but she assumed it was near the trails. There was a second scent, but she couldn't exactly decipher what either was. She pondered on investigating it, though her defense for the time being came first. Her eyes scanned the ground as she noticed Phoenix and Tati at the tree, but no sign of the other woman. However, she could smell her, she was near and hiding. Perhaps watching the tree she had been at laying on the branch.

After studying her body language, he placed on his gauntlet and attached his sword's sheath to his hip. "I'll be..." Before he could say fine, she was gone. He sheathed his blade and and brushed his hair away form his face. He knew he'd have to stay close considering Tati and her little friend Clyde were still in the hollow tree. As much as he hated the name and his blood that held its legacy, he was a Bael through and through and children were more than a priority.

The tribesman looked down at his black scale covered plate boots and tapped one against the ground before leaning against the hollow tree, examining his surroundings.

"Oh, too be young again, to find interest and joy in nothing but trees.." He would finish with a small chuckle to himself as he would then raise his hand behind his neck and scratch it as he began to speak.
"Well, I'll tell you what.." He would say while then bringing his hand away from the back of his neck. "I'll help you get home because you don't know how too do ya? There are many dangers here in this wood and only one skilled in combat should trek alone. Power comes in numbers. Sometimes. It is a nice line of defense at least.." He would mutter out the last part before smirking as he could tell this girl was scared of his appearance. She had every right to be, he was a rather frightful sight to see at the end of a long, dark, path..

"You've no reason to be scared. But, I do suggest you keep your voice low..there are many watching us right now." He would explain as he would then kneel down lightly and dig his digits into the dirt as he would then look up at the girl and clear his throat.
"Uhm..hmm..how do I explain this? Just..hmm. Trust me. What I am about to do is very scary, however, he will not hurt you, nor will he hurt me. Don't scream though or you are going to give us away.." He would then let his eyes look to the sky as his hand would slip into the dirt and began to feel around, as suddenly, he would speak.
"Aha! There we are..now..remember..don't be scared." He would say whilst he would then stand up and jerk his arm up as he did so, yanking out a head. This head popped above the dirt and was decomposed to say the least, a very confused look on what was left of it's face, as Zoberious would tap his boot against his head and speak softly.
"Uhm, hello there, please arise already, you've work to do."

The zombie head would look up to him and with a moan as it's jaw hung open, it would start to wiggle about, it's arms soon popping up, and it clambering out onto it's rather weak and nearly rotted away legs. To say the least, it stank, but Zorberious was very use to this nauseous smell after having dealt with it for many, many, many years.
"Greetings and welcome back from the realm of the netherworld! Luckily for you, you get to visit Earth again today! Why? Because you were the closet corpse nearby. Now, listen closely..go to where you smell meat and seek them out, show me where they are hidden.." He would whisper as he would then bring a hand up and out, plucking one of the zombies eyes out, and grasping it in his palm as he would then point into the direction.
"Now, go on, get!"

The zombie would let out a groan as it would then began to shuffle off into the foliage onto it's mission. It was now heading towards the nearest scent of meat..a group of three..

"Yummy...Meaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat." It's hoarse lungs would push out as a few worms would began to fall from it's ribs, having been pushed out by the moving of the lungs.

Looking at the little girl, he would smirk, as he would start to speak.
"Rather useful aren't they?"
Name: Shar
Age: 603, looks around 30
Bio: Shar is a wandering elf. Previously he had done things from mercenary work, assassination contracts, and political power. Now, Shar enters a time of internal conflict. He left his previous life and position to join a small town military force. After shortly deserting, Shar now finds himself entering the city of Deisara, with no idea of what awaits him and only knowing that he cannot go back.
Pic or Description: Shar stands about six foot four inches. He has black hair, but has crudely shaved it off to stubble. He has gray eyes and a strong face structure.

Shar wears a mundane gray tunic along with black pants that are equally traveled. Over this, he has a dull iron breastplate and leather bracers. He has mud covered boots that have seen much travel. He has 3 knives sheathed on his belt as well as a curved scimitar on his back sheath.
An elf enters the city of Deisara. He looks travelworn and weary. His iron breastplate tinks against the metal pommels of the small knives at his belt. His left hand rests on his belt, his right over the small leather bag that is slung across his shoulder. He looks around for a place to rest, or a even a more permanent home, if he can.

LeeLa
LeeLa continued to stalk about that was till she smacked into something. She peeked up at it. Hidious. Her fur bristled and all hell broke lose then. she shot up off the ground in a feral screach. She was part animal after all. Her teeth bared to the creature in a fiercom display. She made well sure to get away and dart forward. Bolting like a blur of red. HEading directly for the little girl and mage. OR whatever he was. As she moved toward them her body began to change. Shrinking some to the form of a fox. Large for a normal creature but a fox no less with demonic red eyes. Her pretty red fur was bristled in terror. All she wanted was to play but instead she had to run into that thing! She ran about in circles around the people yiping and growling. Confused little creature but her power seeped from her tiny form. She might appear Idiotic but she was ancient.

suddenly she froze again. Just out of nowhere she stopped, her movements we no more. She wans't even breathing! A moment or so passed and this remained. Till she came to and looked around pretty confused. but what would they know it was all an act. After all who or what payed any mind to a creater like her and the way she acted. It was almost perfect.

She sat back on her haunches and just sat there staring out into the floiage. then slowly her head tilted back as she took in th esight of the two figures. Her ruby red eyes yeilding the intilect beyond that of a mere creature. She glanced tot eh man eyeing him more suspiciously. The girl wasn't his young so why was he with her? LeeLa's large bushy tail flicked then curled around her. Idiots.

Estrella sat indian style, high above the ground. Perched on the thick arm of an ancient tree she felt protected
from the creatures that she could so vividly hear throughout the night. At least in the lingering light of dusk she could still
see if any of them were approaching. This sunlight, however, would not last long. And if she were planning on surviving
the night, she would have to do something about this incessant wound across her ribs. It wasn't so much that the pain was
distracting (although it was very deep and about eight inches in length), but that the bleeding was messy, would attract
unwanted guests, and would probably get worse if not properly treated. With a slight wince she pulled tight the make-shift
bandage that she had wrapped around her abdomen, and stood precariously on the wide branch to strain her eyes into the
distance. If she could just find a body of water she might be able to at least clean the wound sufficiently to prevent
its worsening...

Ellie's eyes widened as the man pulled out a rotting head. Her hands flew to her mouth, stifling her yearn to scream, as he directed. She stared incredulous as the thing crawled out from the dirt and began walking away. She looked back up at the man and nodded in response to him. She felt dizzy with disbelief, her stomach turning in revolt from the sight of rotted flesh. Never in her life had she seen such a thing. The man began to go blurry, her vision began to darken. Her eyes rolled into the back of her head and she plopped onto the ground, unconscious. The young girl had fainted.

(Nope. In the oh, so dangerous forest. Hence the tree and the scary night-creatures!)

"Oh, how troublesome.." He would mutter out from his lips as he would then walk over to the little girl and kneel down. Poking her once in the forehead, he would then sigh, raising her head lightly and bringing his arm underneath her and another under her back as he stood up and easily carried the lightweight human in his arms. Walking over to a nearby clearing as he would then prop her up against a tree, he would snap his fingers in front of her face trying to awaken her before his eyes would roll off of her figure and past the tree, seeing in the distance a fox..

no ordinary fox.

but, he would ignore it. The creature did not need to know that he knew it was a sentient being. No regular fox bore off a mana presence like that..

"Oh, come on! It wasn't even that bad, that was like a number five zombie on the gross scale at best.." He would comment to the little girl before standing and crossing his arms over his chest. Looking over into the distance, he would then tap his finger against his arm lightly.

Where the hell was that zombie, anyway?'

As the man poked her arm, she began to awaken. She mumbled a bit, something about 'pudding', and her eyes fluttered to an open. She stared off into the distance, letting her eyes focus before turning her attention to the man who had brought her to the tree. She gasped, remembering what had happened. Her arms flailed out in front of her, accidentally smacking the man's cheek. "W-w-w-what h-happened?!" she looked around her and paused. "The forest!" she quieted herself, remembering the man's words. "The.. Forest." she said softly, nearly under her breath.

The White Iron child closed his eyes for a moment, feeling the strength in his right eyelid come back. Maybe he'd consider discarding the eye patch and his black Vasla shirt, completely forsaking the Bael name and the ways of his tribe. He tapped the hilt of his b*****d sword and whistling a soft tune.

Soon, he began to worry about the fox woman from earlier. He wasn't one for finding out about someone getting hurt or dying for that matter. Not to mention he was actually hoping to play a game of tag again after ten years.
