Introduction:

In a city only known as Deisara, there is a forest at the edge that holds dark secrets. Knowledge of such things are kept hidden from outsiders, the citizens that have lived in the city know the dangers, but cannot say or do anything. People disappear without a trace when they travel to deep within the forest. It is said that when the missing turn back up, they are either deceased or suffer from amnesia of any events that had occurred to them. Although the forest is sectioned off from the uncharted territory, many still choose to go further than the marked trails. Some rumors say that there's something lurking in the forest, but no one can say for sure.

Although the disappearances continue on, no one dares breath a single word about them out of fear. Even when newcomers continue to arrive to the small, busy city they still don't say a single word about the disappearances and murders.

((add to the storyline as you see fit.))

Rules...Although we despise them they keep things in some order...

1.Follow All Gaia ToS.
2.Absolutely NO CYBERING!
3.Violence and Romance are allowed.
4.I at least want semi-lit which means for this RP just make sure to use proper spelling and such. Also no text speak unless its in OOC.
5.This is an creatures and humans RP, but I don't want like ten creatures and only one human or vice-versa. Also try to keep creature types as unique as possible.
6.I think that's all the rules for now.

Although profiles are not needed here's a basic one for editing

Age: Looks around early twenties, however is around 250 years of age.

Bio: Francesca was born to a small family during the time when the city was being built further into the forest. She was often quite curious about the humans, even going as far as becoming a pet cat for a child one time before she grew bored of it. However, she remained more further into the forest. Like some of her specie she decided to lead a solitary life rather than rushing into any sort of commitment. Though a little over fifty years ago there was human she grew rather close to. A man named Desmond Emerson. He had been an older human, but enjoyed photography. Although a few times she did accidentally destroy a few of his cameras at first. She was rather surprised when it came to her knowledge that he was in search of different creatures that could be the culprit of the strings of murders and disappearances in the town. Of course she didn't really know what to make of them so when asked she simply shrugged. For sometime she was focus of his work in her feline forms. Since he was older he did eventually pass, but it wasn't without taking a final picture of her in her humanesque form. Which from what she found out had became somewhat popular in a book of his though after sometime she was glad it was forgotten. Nowadays though, she spends her time simply traveling the forest returned into her solitary refuge.

Other: She is known as a 'Skinwalker' which is a type of shapeshifter confined to certain animal forms. For instance, Francesca is restricted to 'feline' forms such as a white tabby cat to a white tiger. Skinwalkers also have extended life cycles which means they can live to be sometimes up to 1,000 years old if any older they're not known.

Rain poured down on the city of Deisara, but for those hidden in the forest just barely any drops streamed through the treetops. A woman sat atop of a branch just feet above the ground. A few humans walking by all the while taking photos and talking. 'Tourists' as she figured them to be. Perhaps even lacked the knowledge that the forest was a dangerous place. She knew of many creatures that enjoy tearing and stragglers to pieces. She preferred hunting the wildlife rather than humans. She figured it was due to a bond she once had with a human that had long since passed after the man died of old age. She knew that if someone by chance looked up they would see her, or at least see her tail that swayed rather lazily. During any rain she preferred relaxing. Perhaps she would head into the city as a small tabby later. She wasn't sure. Mostly she simply listened in to her surroundings.

Other than the faint chattering of humans that had continued down the path, there was nothing. Not even other creatures fighting among themselves or hunting. So strange she figured it to be, but knew that it wasn't her concern. She preferred silence rather than the company of others. At least nowadays. Maybe one day she would begin searching for some kind of mate or partner to begin her own family. However, it was just a time of silence and peace for her. Her yellow-eyes opened as she heard the faint noise of a twig snapping. A low growl leaving her as she jumped to her feet and moving higher up the tree she still perched. It was an armed human, probably looking to go hunting. Another low growl emitted from her. She hated those 'guns' as they were known as. Even got shot at once or twice and injured. Francesca still remained high above as the human continued on by. Though he was a bit more jumpy from hearing her slight growl.

For the time being she knew it better to begin heading for her small home. A hidden cavern near a small lake that was often missed. It was much further into the forest, past the trails she was currently nearby. It was certainly rare to see anyone nearby. Mostly because she had claimed that area as her territory slightly. So far none had challenged her or simply strayed away. Only coming close when in search of food or water.

                                        Name: Charles Xavier
                                        Age: It's been so long...
Bio: Charles is technically a Spiritual Guardian, but because of his acts towards human, he is referred to as a Wolf God. For years on end, he would guide and help humans who were desperately in need of support and something to believe in. He wouldn't show himself to them, but gently nudge them through dreams and 'illusions'. Whenever he would, he would take the form of a mist wolf, or a wolf in general to the humans. When they no longer needed him, he would leave, and they would be reminded of the wolf totem that helped them. Not everyone needed help, and very soon, man kind began to move faster and easier without a totem. Of course, there were the few who prayed to the Wolf God for certain reasons. Even still, Charles, whose real name is kept secret, didn't have much to do within the intervals of not guiding anyone. Realising this, Charles decided to be among the humans to see how it was. Acquiring a human form was easy, but blending in with them was the hardest. Not before long, he heard of the forests and decided that the humans were making superstitions. That was easy for him to say; he's lived long enough to know almost any kind of species that crosses his path. Still, he was a bit curious and has been wandering the forests ever since.
Other: Charles has decided on his own name in reference to the human tongues. It's easier for others, too, if they just pronounce it like this.

He has two other forms; one is his spiritual wolf form, and the other his solidified form. His spirit form is the median to traveling back and forth into the Spirit World and into the dream realm of the humans he is Guardian to. That form has a misty like look to it, and never really 'solidifies'. In the Earth World, Charles can be a regular looking wolf, but of course, there's a difference about his wolf form and that of the other wolves. His is abnormally large. An average human would most likely reach his shoulders.

Charles has a small companion name Lei-Li. She's been a pup for the past ten years, so Charles is just inferring that she's a wolf demon. Wolf demons in his eyes are always relatively calm when not disturbed, and he had found her right where a pack used to live. He knew that their aging process were slow, but he didn't know that it was this dramatically slow, even if they are somewhat related.

xтhe large wolf padded silently through the forest. His ears pricked and tail swaying casually behind. His dark fur blended nicely, while the white accented parts stuck out like a sore thumb. Half-running to keep up, a smaller pup bounded around the large wolf's legs. The larger wolf stopped, nose coming up from the ground and inhaled deeply, sniffing here and there. The small wolf pup did the same. Not finding anything, she went back to running around the paws of the giant wolf.

There were humans that were closer than usual, and Charles became weary. He wasn't used to confronting humans in his solidified form. His ears rotated and he looked in the direction of closer human sounds. Lei-Li stopped running as well, her small bushy tail up in alarm. He nudged her gently, away from the humans, but she avoided his muzzle and ran a full circle around his being. Charles lifted his head in confusion, and watched her shoot off in the directions of the wandering humans. Knowing what humans might do if they find a pup like her, Charles bounded after her in full speed. The smaller wolf was small, and easily avoided underbrush and trees; she was more of a squirrel than she was a wolf demon.

Dang! His ears pulled back and his keen golden eyes tried to find a streak of black fur. He jumped over a giant tree trunk and landed in front of touring humans. Each screamed at a higher note than he thought was possible before turning around and running after the pup's scent. He was coming closer...closer...

And he ran into a tree full force.

The force was strong, and it literally shook the entire tree. It was a miracle that it didn't topple over. He wasn't aware of anyone in a tree, or anyone around him. For a full minute, he was aware of pain. Charles growled and shook his head, standing up on all fours and shaking the rest of his fur. His head pounded and his senses were shocked. Blinking, he noticed Lei-Li bound over to him, yapping like a hyper chihuahua. Charles gave her a fierce growl and began nudging the smaller wolf into the forest again. Pain... One thing I don't like. He thought to himself, sniffing the air again. He lifted his head and ears as he received a bunch of information. Something smelt like cat, and humans. Though, being in this part, he didn't think anything of it and continued on.

She trailed above the humans and even managed to get ahead of them somewhat. So long as none wandered off the path she would be back at the lakeside. Already she had done her hunting early that morning shortly before the rain began to pour. She was at least ten perhaps fifteen feet away from where the humans had paused to take in the scenery when she heard loud screams coming from them. Almost instantly her ears flattened against her head as she looked back with a glare. Someone screamed about a large wolf that passed them, but she wasn't sure exactly. Though for a moment she did lightly sniff the air and catch a canine scent. She wasn't going to pursue the matter. As it wasn't in her nature to do so really. Though she swore that she heard a loud thudding somewhere near.

A slight glance around, but she came to the assumption that whatever had been running met a rather hard stop. For a moment she remained rather still seated on the branch as her tail swayed a bit frantically. Her eyes were a bit narrowed as she scanned the lower ground. Trying to see if something was there. However, nothing of much interest came to her attention so she continued on. After a moment she jumped to the ground once she was away from the trails. The lake was only another mile and a half away, but it wouldn't take her long to reach it. If she felt she could be there quickly and asleep in her cavern, but she didn't feel like rushing.

In an almost continuous manner she glanced around. A bit alarmed if something or someone was nearby. As she was getting closer to her small territory she was becoming rather guarded and almost hypersensitive. It didn't affect her concentration, but she was still cautious. Some areas of the forest were apart of stronger creatures territories and from what she could tell she wasn't in one. However, there were always possibilities.
