elcome to our Town.

Two hundred years ago, the Town of Blackweather was a flourishing center of life and prosperity, and hindered by virtually nothing. The townsfolk were friendly, and took in strangers and bums alike with open arms. Blackweather itself had in fact such good weather, that many had nicknamed it the Kingdom of Eternal Spring. But there were also bad people in the underbelly of Blackweather, those who disliked the sun and fields and the townsfolk. People that dabbled in the Dark Arts and Alchemy, seeking only to abuse their powers and destroy the merry town of Blackweather. Under the cover of a moonless night, a ring of these dark-minded men and women came together and cast a curse upon the town, summoning a dastardly fog that enveloped the town and the surrounding countryside. The townsfolk slowly began to fall ill, and one by one, they died off or left, by wagon, horse and automobile, leaving the town quiet and alone to crumble and disappear forever.

There are still small spirits stirring within the walls of Blackweather. People who survived the fog and its plague, that survive with the help of Alchemy and semi-modern appliances to get or grow what they need. The Inns and Shops still run and now and then the remaining citizens will get to sell to a rich travelling Trader or two. Only during the day can you be safe in Blackweather, for at night the fog thickens and rolls through the streets, bringing the demons of night.

+ There is a hidden entrance to the undertown of Blackweather, called the Cesspools.
+ Blackweather is led by an Undertaker, who gained immunity to the Fog Plague due to the immense number of dead bodies he keeps company with.
+ The Undertaker never speaks.
+ DANDIES~!
+ Again, English foundation for the most part.
+ Blackweather is a Pre-Modernized 20th Century Town. No Cell Phones, Hot Rods, iPods, Fancy Futuristic Weaponry, Color TV's, Aliens, Ninjas or anythign else you're used to having right now.
+ Blackweather is heavily based off European towns of the 19th Century.
+ There are old-timey Clinics, Inns, Taverns, and of course, Homes.
+ A very thick forest surrounds Blackweather that cuts it off from other towns for the most part.
