i read that Noe- is it ok to call him that? -
can do some of his own programming.
so i'm not sure how much interaction
there will be between him and Atti. ; u ;

i was thinking Atti mostly just monitors
him. especially when Noe logs into the
chat rooms for external interactions while
still in the facility.

if it sounds alright with you, i thought
perhaps Atti occasionally will log in himself
to question Noe. Maybe stimulate his
response program and gauge a reaction?
idk - i am undecided. o ~ o )

He is an interesting muse!
Noctis can do his own programming,
but it's more of re-calibrating and creating things he might think will be essential.
Basically, things he runs into.
If there's a program he lack knowledge to create or adjust,
he won't be able to do anything about it.
Thus why he searched out for Helios

Yeah, it's alright that Atti monitors his online interactions.
Maybe even to the point of blocking off certain sites
and ensure that their location isn't tracked through cookies or something.
I'm still figuring out how to do the whole social media thing.
