The eyebrow looks like Brow Basics to me. The nose could be a Commander, the mouth looks like the middle one from these basic ones in the avatar dress-up. The name of the eyes is on the tip of my tongue but I don't remember it yet. Maybe someone else will.

I briefly saw an item on someone in Rally, but they had their avatar set to non-viewable by public so all I have is a description to go by. It looks like a black leather jacket with the letters KO on the back of it and I believe it mods the arms into the pockets. Like I said, this is all I have to go on. It's not the Tsunami KO classic that someone thought it was.
