8.5 One of the better magical girls I've seen. If I were a huge fan of this style I'd probably rate it a ten. I think it could be improved with either a different leg mod for a different skirt item. The currents lines of the items just seem slightly off.

I'll be back in a few minutes with an item suggestion, I need to find the name of it real quick.
One of The New Moon recolors would look great if you could make it work with layering. It has a pattern that would work well and a sheer high/low skirt that would give a good shape to the legs. That or something similar.

I like how this looks and the background really enhances the look.
My only nitpick is I would have done softer makeup and possibly one of the body blushers but I know those layer weird with some of the arm/leg mods.
