I don't think you got a rate with all of the silliness going on, so I'll help out! I like the look you're going for, but I feel like the position of the leg mod against the flatness of the dress looks really weird. I would also consider an arm mod to make it a more complete look since you're not using standard legs. And largely, those are just technical complaints, not so much styling issues.

I love the black and white military theme. I would probably wear that outfit in real life, resembles a dark comic bock.

The legs and the dress do not work together.
It's almost like a centaur mod, without the centaur.
The balance is thrust SO far forwards, it's really weird and off center.
The imp and the raven are weird additions, and feel thrown on
the hair and the skin work well together, but the lack of mouth feels really unfinished
Overall, it just feels very thrown together, with not much cohesion.
Sticking to the demon/devil theme with the hair would be really good;
black and white with an accent would work amazing,
so maybe switch out the dress for a top, skirt, bustle etc
the leg mod will be fine with the right balancing of shapes, the dress at the minute flows forwards,
which throws everything off from the legs, which lean back at the toe.
An arm mod would work well, and help balance out more too.
3//10, it's just really unfinished and directionless, sorry!!

I love the street punk feel of your avi. Very nice. And honestly the only suggestions I'd have for making it more complex without too much clutter are vague: aka maybe find a semi-background item that layers well with the background you already have and maybe a different belt/hip item that adds something trailing down the leg on the right side to break that up because it's honestly got the least detail. I honestly don't know of any specific items that would work out for that but...
As is I still think this is awesome. I give it a 10/10.
