It's like a mix of old Gaia and new Gaia!
You can probably find different eyes; the current ones look a bit off.
Perhaps a background? There are plenty of "angel" like backgrounds that could work.

As far as simple goes, I think it's perfect. Although I would prefer a different mouth (a flat smirk, maybe), but that's just personal preference.

I get that this is supposed to be a comical scene, but the eyes are just too over-the-top and feel out of place. I also think an arm pose, with them being away from your body, would give a much better surprised look.
