I don't really think the wings are necessary...since they are the same color scheme, it kinda drowns out your arms and they are not as easily seen so you have to stare at it for a bit to notice them. I would also do a different expression like she's smirking evilly. I like that you added the fire the the bottom though, it goes well with the background. 8.5/10
