The eyes stand out. A LOT! I think that eyes in the pink/purple shades would fit in far better than Le Carousel - Smokey Eyes. Here be a link to several gazes you could use.
Everything else is well balanced but sadly enough: a common theme.

I like the concept; the outfit is simple, yet nicely made.
Although...maybe you could get smoke that's more...colorful? Your current smoke item kinda drains the life away from your outfit. :
