No, it is not.
It seems that your brain isn't capable of forming a concrete view of what you do not like the avatar and as it can improve and simply gives a note like a calculator bought in a 0.99¢'s store.
If not to help, to let someone else do it! A partially literate person is able to do the same thing without any difficulty!

That is not a matching avatar it's clear, but there is no comprehensive or beautiful to describe! There is no theme, none of the color are organized, the items are too large for the size of the avatar...
as much as it seems to be a Combo Avatar, but I think totally incomplete and nothing definite.
