They found the body in the river, a stab wound in the back. Poor marwolfer never stood a chance. Some of the women began to wail, and the others stood in silent concern.

"We have to do something about this..." someone said. "We can't keep letting people die."

"But what are we supposed to do?" said another.

"Bolt the doors shut! Bar the windows!" yelled someone.

"No, it won't work. The killers would find another way."

"So then what?"

The town was silent for a moment, but then someone spoke up.

"We've always lived in this town. No one new has come here. It has to be someone we know, someone we've known all our lives. Someone standing here right now. Don't you think we can figure it out? Who's been acting suspicious? Or who has always been a little messed up? Think about it. Hard. I know you all suspect someone. So let's lynch them."

The townspeople broke out into a murmur, some in hopeful agreement, others in shocked refusal. But eventually it was decided this was what they had to do.

DAY 1



MARWOLFER, you can have a maximum of two sentences of a closing statement. You can say whatever you want in those two sentences, and then you will not be allowed to participate in the game any more (you can still post of course, just not anything helpful).

I also have the problem where people think I have a crush on them when I don't. I'm pretty flirtatious, that's why, but it's kinda irritating sometimes when a person gets the wrong idea and doesn't lay off XD

I don't think I flirt,
but if I like a person platonically enough,
I'll spend hours hanging out with them,
sometimes really late into the night,
and I guess people take that as romantic interest,
when really I'm just socially deprived. lol

I think so. The latest game attempt was a choose your own adventure style game, but so far there hasn't been enough interest, which makes me a sad panda because that sounds pretty awesome :c
