It's nearly that time o' year where land lubbers don the garb of pirates and talk the talk o' gods own sea folk.

Are yea game? or do yea have the spine o' a lilly livered bilge rat?

So lets set sail for the open seas, splice the main brace, grab some grog, and go in search o' Booty n Glory!

(Translation :- Talk like a Pirate day is on 19th September and I'm seeing if anyone wants to join a group entry to for week commencing 15th)

Title: Prefix TLPD: *insert your own title*

Description: if you can add "A Pirate Entry for Talk Like A Pirate Day, 19th September" at the end, so people know what it's about.

Tags: Talk, Pirate, TLPD2014 , *insert ship name*, your own tag

Enter this week, before 15th to be entered. So last time to enter will be Sunday 14th.

If there are quite a few people, then I might consider putting people together into different ships (make it a battle between each ship).

Sorry for posting this here, but....I know I'm part of the guild (I don't mind still being in it...I miss having something to do other than browse forums ; ; ) but I can't access the forums in the guild. Is it something wrong on my end or...

The guild was shut down a couple of years back, I went on posting hiatus and there wasn't anyone that was willing to take over.

It's still closed but everything is there. I can open certain forums for everyone to access, if the need is there.

Couldn't leave the guild to fend for its self - if someone decided to post porn links or other ToS violations and there was no one to clean it up then report them to the site moderators, as the guild owner (and the rest of the crew) could be banned for not dealing with it.

So everything went crew only in 2012, nothing was deleted though - it's all still there.

A small aside in response to an inquiry about the guild, it would be nice to re-open the guild completely, but until some major changes are done to the Arenas as a whole, it's best to keep it as is. This is even in lieu of all the superhero team movies that are coming out now.
