1. Be courteous.

Do not expect free art. Do not insult any of our art. This is an auction for a reason. Ramy isn't a nice person (XP lol), but Kasey and Woelf are if you are. PM Kasey if you have reasonable questions. Annoying behavior in general will result in reporting to mods.

2. Bid seriously.

You may NOT withdraw a bid at any time during the auction. You may NOT bid more than you have at the current moment. Ramy (send to the 'Ramy' account) will be collecting payment prior to beginning your piece.

3. The winner of this auction will receive a one-person CG picture with an amazing background.

Should the winner desire another character, he or she must pay 150% of the winning bid. You may not ask for more than two characters.

You may NOT ask for yaoi/yuri/hentai. Shounen and shoujo ai are alright. Partial nudity is alright, but full, even artistic, nudity is NOT. Please keep in mind that Ramy specializes in his sort of 'shoujo' so if you ask him for American-comic-book style, he can't guarantee excellent results. Ramy likes good references, so include them with your commission request. He will try to make your picture to your specifications but understand that it is the commissioner's responsibility to provide accurate feedback. The commissioner is asked to provide detailed reference pictures if possible.

4. Ramy reserves the right to refuse to take a commission.

If this is the case, the person to whom the commission was denied will receive a refund and the commission will go to the next-highest bidder.
