if you regard this thread as a TV show and the people typing on their keyboards to make us talk the authors/directors of said TV show, what they do is on the meta-level

normally we shouldn't be able to be aware of the wording of instructions we enact (the texts between the asterix), but since there were shinies involved, normal rules don't apply <. < > .>


meta literally means "beyond", if something is meta-related, it relates to something beyond the normal scope of the system in question (hence the comparison to the fourth wall)

if you take a comic set somewhere not on current-time earth and in this comic a character does the gangnam-style dance, he breaks the fourth wall as he shouldn't know about it and noone around him should understand it, but the people reading it do (because they are sitting behind the fourth wall and in a meta-level of the comic)

Though it still didn't make sense of you to "act" as though
there were shinies, when my "actions" didn't imply they
existed, only that I was imitating an action you are known
to do with yours. o.O lol.
So your appearance at my use of the word in describing my
action, makes sense, but your action at the lack of the item
in question, didn't. To me.

ok i'm back again i raised my arms and i offended myself so i just got out of the shower...i couldn't take one yesterday cause my dad laid the tiles down but they're dry and can step on....i have a feeling i'm gonna get roped into grouting <.<
