The protagonists of my novel: Louis and Derik
They're friends for a while before Derik finally accepts he's gay and they get together. They're both into indie rock music and playing videogames, so a lot of their time is spent doing either of these things, usually high on weed. They sometimes would run together or practice boxing/Krav Maga (Louis tutors Derik), too... And despite their age, their relationship is quite active sexually. Louis' feelings for Derik are crazy strong - He's head of heels in love and worships the ground Derik steps on. wink They also spend a lot of time with their friends in common, playing basketball or pool or going out and having some fun.
There's also Viktor and Theresa
Viktor is Louis' childhood best friend and Theresa has recently become Derik's best friend, so that's how they meet. They're both big geeks and nerds. They enjoy anything geek, really - RPGs, videogames, sci-fi movies and books, medieval fantasy, the likes. Of course there're a bunch of times they argue about their fandoms, but they get along pretty damn well. Their relationship is not very sexual, mostly because Viktor is far too insecure about himself on that department to try and go too far, and Theresa won't push the matter.
