yeah I guess I'm rather lucky in that respect.
both my parents are pretty awesome.
I also live halfway around the world from them though, haha.
I think I appreciate them a lot more because of it; I see more of what they do for me.

Oh it was certainly not an easy decision, lol.
I love my family a lot.
But my parents were really, really supportive. Initially I was only going to be away for a year....
It's been three, haha.
But they see how well I'm doing and so they're still really supportive. They know that for now I need to be here, and so that's awesome.
I wouldn't be here I don't think if my parents were so on board with it.
