That last question...

Honestly, I think it depends on how people define 'innuendo'. Take the movie "Paranorman", for example-- there was a line at the very end of the movie coming from the jock character that mentioned a boyfriend in passing, and I still heard stories about enraged parents demanding their money back for the "indecency".

I picked the 13-15 year old answer though. I think by that age most people are seeing these kinds of things anyway, so what does it matter anymore? xd

Obviously that line didn't affect me much since I barely remember it XD
But, you have a point. There are still people I know that don't understand sexualized things even though they are past that age all because their parents don't expose them to that sort of thing. The question just went hand in hand with the topic, really razz
