His vambraces were hidden by his sleeves, but there was no way he could hide his sheathed sword on his back, nor the daggers at his waist. He easily wove his way around people, heading for a chair. He snagged a glass of champagne off a passing servant's tray without spilling a drop, and then settled gracefully into the chair.
