I am me and nobody else. If you want to know who I am, I am me. For if I am you, I wouldn't be me, and if I was somebody else, then I still wouldn't be me. Thus in all possible conclusions, I am me all the same. If you're still not clear, then do you know who you are? If you answer something else rather than "me" or "[insert your name]" then I'm afraid you might need to see either a psychiatrist or a therapist to sort out yourself.
