My therapist recommended Shadow Work to me, so I looked into Carl Jung and learned up a little... and connecting with my "shameful" aspects of myself might not be a bad idea when coming to terms with some traumas. 4laugh

Oohh, I've published a book of poetry before! All I did was go through amazon's publishing. biggrin Google up KDP and you can start there.

Though that's self-publishing, not sure if you'd like that or prefer going through a publisher. Most like to go to the more official route. In which case I'm just as lost! xd
