Here you go for cosplay ideas. Anyone from Clannad would be fine, but I think you might be pushing your budget to buy the uniform and get a proper wig. So may be stick with the one girl who actually is a brunette - eye color really isn't that big of a deal. For Azumanga- I'd say Osaka or the glasses girl, forgetting her name at the moment. ^.^;; Sorry. As for Final Fantasy - there's Rinoa and Selphie from FF8. Selphie would be especially fun because there are several flip wigs to choose from, and she's perky.
