About: The Player
"There is a Source saying that goes: 'all the world is a stage and we are merely the players.' that saying has had more meaning to us that any source in the Source World. Clockwork had once told me that every star is another world created by generations and generations of individual sources. It is believed the Source World is called 'Earth' because there are a great deal more worlds called Earth than any other name. And then there's me. My Source is very peculiar to me. She created me, the player, and then destroyed her stage. The world I had once thought as my home. EliAvi. Yet, I feel like I had grown and developed before EliAvi was even thought of. Now I live in and travel through other worlds that my Source has not created..."

WHAT IS THIS BUSINESS!?!?!?!?!?
I liked the series, and read a few of the books, but I think I just got a bit bored with it. I want to read this one book titled Leviathan. The author of uglies is making a trilogy about alternate history and a lethal airship war between European powers. I might just take up reading again. xd
Yeah, i suppose you could learn about other cultures by manga, just don't try and learn fighting tactics from it. xp
I love how people obsessed with Japan attain knowledge of it via manga, when post WWII manga and anime are so highly westernized. i just like the irony there.
I don't know. Lately, I turn to pure books only for self improvement, or to actually teach me how to do things. If I want entertainment, I usually turn to manga. It just seems like sometimes novels take too long to pick up.
I think I'm doing relatively well. Working on a few ideas for games lately. I can't program or write code or anything, but my creativity suffices, plus someday I might actually meet somebody who can, and become like, a consultant or something. In the absolute least, I could make a comic. razz
