The Deal With Him: The second ninja in the series that wears a mask, also one of the few with a Shringan in the series.After countless battles the only one that has ever beaten him is his brother.

kakashi has the sharingan because his eye got stabbed, and his teamate with the sharingan died, his other teamate(a healer) put the dead teammate's sharingan eye(only 1)into kakashi's eye socket. that is why he only has 1 sharingan eye also
