「Miburi（ミブリ）」は、「音を身体の動きによりコントロールし、音楽やリズムを奏でる」という、他に類を見ない電子楽器だ。肩、肘、手首などの各部分にセンサーを装着した専用ウエア、両手の指で演奏するためのグリップセンサー、出力用音源スピーカーユニットのセットになっている。

ウエアを着用することで身体の動きがセンサーに捉えられ、音階へと置き換えられる仕組みで、身体の動きがそのまま音楽になる。Miburiはヤマハが「VA（バーチャル・アコースティック）音源」の開発に成功したのを期に発案、商品化が進められた。
