I am Lord Riftan Virces Winter the Thirteenth. I command ARC and the private militia known as ALBION. I am Prince of the Kingdom of Winter, named after my great ancestor King Cornelius Winter, whom founded Winter. Our land is quite xenophobic, permitting only to those of Winterian blood.I have been seen enforcing law and order in the desecrated land of Gaia along with my sarge, partner and friend: Moovar. While Winter is a beautiful and peaceful country, Virces is observing the ways of the miscreant riffraff inhabiting Gaia.
