my life is good so far......i just got down with cross country and you'll never guess what happened to me!.....after i got done with my 3-miles cross country race at MT.SAC i started to black out i couldn't remember my name or anything then i starting shaking so my coach layed me done on the floor and i started to have convoltions(i think thats how you spell it) where i was on the ground and it look like someone was shaking thats how made it was so they raced me to first aid and they had to pack me down with ice becasue my body temperature was going up too fast it ended up being 105 degrees and 108 is where your brain starts to fry....but they left the ice on too long and my body temperature drop too fast and i started to go into shock....so they put my legs in the air so the blood would go back to my heart because my blood was scattering everywere but were it needed to go.....then finally i was surrounded by 8 or 9 people trying to get my vitals back where they needed to be....and slowly they did i was in so much pain because i was that badly dehidrated my fingers where stuck in a weird position and my whole body cramped up.....ugh.....it sucked so bad because i wanted to come in first out of are JV girls but instead i came in second.....OH YEAH....i'm the CAPTIAN FOR THE JV GIRLS!!!!.....XP......and school hmmm......it's ok the homework is as hard as hell......and i became a Peer Leader too!!!!!
