Just try to calm yourself, Usagi. Maybe things won't go as bad as you think.

I'm not sure if it'll help, but I whenever I feel like I'm going to have a bad and stressful day I always say to myself "everything is going to be okay" over and over again until I'm confident that the day/week/month/YEAR will go fine, and so far, it has worked. Maybe you should try doing that, too. But first just try to calm down and take a few deep breaths. And I am happy to hear that a lot of good things have been going on, too. I guess this is just one of those bad ones, huh? =( Oh well. But it's fine now, and all that has happened is in the past, and you can make a good future happen. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Usagi-chan. ^^
