haha, well the US is a pretty diverse country... I'm still trying to learn all the traditions and such for my culture. Its been known by the 2nd generations that most kids don't know much about thier culture.

lol thats alright, i understand what you write. Its Cantonese, just the change the second "a" to an "o"and you'll be fine. Yeah my friends speak... better than me even... XP

i sometimes speak to them in cantonese... its more like a mix of both languages when i speak to them, lol. I get teased alot for the lack of cantonese outside my family. (Friend's parents that can speak it)

i'm mostly chinese (enough to be consider fuill) but i was born and grew up in america. I was never really taught it, i just picked it up on my own and learned that way.

oh how interesting! yeah... we don't got that... i mean you could take a year off whenever here as college isn't a requirement, but most student usually go from high school to college with just a summer in between.
