Ultios was cloned from the same DNA as Void, however the process they used in an attempt to make him more powerful caused massive internal mutations. One of which was his blood was unable to support his own body, giving him the appearance of a man who had bled out to the point just before death. With its body unable to contain the vast energy within it, it constantly leaks bursts of psychic power into its surroundings. Its own immense power drives it mad, and causes chaos to its surroundings. However, with its unfocused mind, it is incapable of using the true force of its powers. He is to weak physically to so much as talk, but the scientists who observed his containment area reported hearing the voices of small children and other adults talking strait into their mind, this was later discovered to be Ultios tapping into their mind. Along with the voices it caused them serious headaches and in one case a coma, the scientist who suffered from the coma has yet to be announced.
