What is Team Rocket? We're the most elite organized crime syndicate in the world. We use Pokémon the way they were intended - as tools to achieve our goal. What is our goal? World domination, plain and simple. What other goal is there? We'll do whatever's necessary to reach our dream.

It's been a bumpy road and we've suffered a number of setbacks but we're finally back on track. The loss of Giovanni almost spelled the end of Team Rocket. But at last we have a new leader; a mysterious man called Lucere. Nobody knows where he came from but under his leadership Team Rocket is growing rapidly. By the time the world realizes we're back it will be too late.
