I can dig hipster music, as long as they're not too elitist. And I do blare my music; my dad rigged up some of his old 12-inch speakers in my room, so I'll pop my window and blast it to the neighborhood when I'm home from work. 3nodding

I hate it, 'cuz one of my sisters is going through a country phase right now (I know it's due to her boyfriend, he's from Pennsylvania, but she won't admit it), so every time she visits I have to deal with her crappy music.

That's a good point, but I've always considered him to be early rock or folk rock, and not country. /rationalization

Oh, I am all about techno and electronica, trance, house, dance, dubstep. If it's synthetic, I'll love it. Filk and Irish Folk are also big hits with me.
Aside from that, I branch out into a little of everything, except country.

Yeah, I find it weird that I've never heard of them. They're not solidly in my genre bank, but the name is something that would get my attention.
...much like it just did. I'm finding I really like The Dwarves Must Die, though. I might purchase a few of their tracks.
