My mom feels that way about voting, that's why she doesn't vote. Here's how I look at it, every vote counts because if no one voted then there wouldn't be any votes. A little confusing but it gets me to the polls.

See I like stuff like that, where people just come together and work for their rights and invite others to discuss it or understand it better. Stuff like that is always cool.

I told my cousin my favorite color was rainbow once and he made fun of me (I was like 7), he was like, "Fags like rainbows." And I was like, what's a f**? A lot of my dad's side of the family is prejudice to just about everybody that's not a white, protestant Christian. xP I find it to be rather annoying but it makes for good heated debates when Christmas rolls around. xD It's weird because I can label myself as a white, Christian, conservative, but my views on how to do things are very different from my family's.

If someone adds you to their ignore list they can't see any of your posts and you can't send them messages or post in their threads, so I'm guessing he has you on ignore.

Swords are awesome. I want a Sephiroth sword for myself to hang in my room just cuz I'm a nerd like that, but I would like to learn how to use a gun too. Considering my whole family is pretty much Republicans and knows how to use guns that shouldn't be too hard.

I see, I kind figured out that you were just a b***h. xD See now you're getting me to like you. Goddammit. lol I'm wondering why I'm not in more of a bad mood today considering I went to bed at 1 and my father woke my up at fecking 7 am.

Well now, that's why I vote to make things fair for everybody.

And if worse comes to worse we can always whip out our guns and start a revolution against the government. That's why I love the second amendment and that's what it's there for. Haha!

Yeah Eras is Eras. I can't control what he says or does. In fact I suggested that he lay off the forums for a while to let things cool down before he goes back. xD But alas, he has already made a new topic about abortion. Oh wells. His decision. Guess he can't stay away from the debates for too long. lol User Image

You seem to have caught me in a good mood today... User Image Probably why I ain't cussing my guts out.

I've been voting the minute I turned 18. So I'm not sure if you're acting like I don't vote, because I do.

No, gay marriage does not affect me directly or, I think the word you were looking for was, indirectly. It's just like how straight people getting married doesn't affect me. And like I already said, I've never once voted against 'gay marriage' within my state. So just because I don't care about it doesn't mean I still don't vote on it. I just vote to make things fair. Now if say there was a Proposition being pushed in my state to force private institutions like churches, mosques, and temples to force them to marry gays within their institutions I would vote against it. Why? Because it goes against their religion and because they are a private institution and I believe they have a right to be prejudiced if they so choose, just like you have the right not to participate in their institution. But then again, here's another of my wacky ways, I think EVERY private institution or privately owned business has the right to be prejudiced against whomever they want to be. I don't think it's right to be that way, but hell, who says I have to give them my business?

Never heard of the straight pride parades. Sounds like another stupid thing to be proud about. But whatever. Pride parades in general just sound retarded. But then again so is summer vacation with stupid teens getting out of school and partying in Mexico.

Yes, I agree, my step-sister is freaking awesome. And her girlfriend bakes some mean cookies if I do say so myself. xD

As for Erasmas, I like him because he speaks his mind despite how many people disagree with him in the ED. I like conservatives I guess, and since the ED is so chock full of gay, atheist, liberals it's nice to have some variety there. He's not afraid to tell it like it is and I like that about him. I may disagree with him on many issues, but hell that's why we vote, right? I can't speak for him though. He is the way is and believes what he believes. I can't change him, nobody can. Only he can change him and educate himself on the issues. But that's ok, I'm not asking him to change because I quite like him the way he is.

So is that all you were wondering about or is there more you would like to know about me and my personal world view on things?

Alright, here's how I feel about gay people, you really want to know? I DON'T GIVE A FLYING ********. They can do whatever they want whenever they want. I seriously don't care. If they want to get married, whatever, none of my business. And if you want to check my voting record on the matter as well, I have never ONCE voted against gay marriage or anything against homosexual human beings within my state. NEVER ONCE FOR AS LONG AS I HAVE BEEN VOTING. (You can look me up, my name is Jessica Marie Good and I live in the state of Arizona, last time I voted it was in Scottsdale.) I used to speak more out about it, just like I did with abortion, which I am also for btw if you must really know. But eventually I got to the point where I didn't care. I don't care if you're gay, I don't really want to know if you're gay, I think they can keep it to themselves and stop flaunting it to the world. I never see straight people flaunting their sexuality, I've never met a straight person that had a big parade and went about saying, "We're here, we're straight, get used to it!" Although that doesn't rhyme either so it wouldn't work anyways. lol Oh and before you say anything, if they kiss or hold hands in public too, I don't care. If straight people are allowed to do it then gays should be too.

I am extremely liberal when it comes to social topics, although I tend to be more conservative on economic stances. I am a libertarian. I think human beings should be allowed to do whatever they want with their bodies whenever they want to so long as they do not harm any other born humans in the process. This includes allowing the use of drugs and alcohol, obviously abortion as I stated before, prostitution, gay people getting married and having sex with other gays. Whatever. I don't care as long as it doesn't affect me.

And actually my personal stance on marriage is very strange to people, I don't think it should be in the government period. Why does the government have to acknowledge people's relationships with each other? This is something I have never understood, where is that in the Constitution? This is not part of the government's job at all. So it confuses and baffles me. If two humans want to be united under God, under their Gods, under their dog, whatever, why can't they be? Why do they need a piece of paper from the ******** government to acknowledge that they are married? I thought it was about love, not money and benefits. I don't think ANYONE should be getting special benefits from the government based on their marriage, but then again I think the government does a lot of pointless s**t.

But yeah, if the gov. is going to give straight people benefits for being married then obviously gay people deserve equal benefits.

I am definitely not going to deny that often times gay people annoy me though, that's for sure. Yes they annoy the ******** hell out of, mostly flamboyent homosexual men, I mean srsly? Women do NOT sound like that, it's like imitate us BETTAR. I have a step-sister who is a lesbian, she lives with her girlfriend. She is great. I love her a lot. And she acts like a normal human being at all times. She doesn't act like some crazy, liberal, man-hating, butch lesbian. That's what I really like about her. And the fact that she's a way cool forensic scientist. I look up to her too because she got straight As throughout high school and got a full ride to ASU. I think if the gay community portrayed themselves as people like this, people with qualities that can help humanity and society, vs. 'the only thing about is that we are gay!' they would be liked a lot more. But from what I can tell, the majority of them base everything around their sexuality and make it appear as all they care about is sex, having sex with the same sex. And that's why so many people dislike them.

So there you go. My bazillion cents on the gay community and my personal life and my full name plus where I live. You happy?
