or maybe it's more like 7% price rise. Some companies are using the uncertainty to hike prices and then blame it on inflation which makes things confusing. Walmart is the biggest offender though luckily I don't shop there.

the cost of living increase this year for me was 6% though I think the prices of everything went up 10%
