Bandwidth costs money and I know that you are probably very pissed that they can do this, but if they have been losing so much money that they actually had to cut staff, why wouldn't you be surprised if they tried cutting members first? And if this is the case, encouraging people not to buy gaia cash is further causing people to get randomly banned.

If you are considering purchasing Gaia Cash, I am pleading you, DO NOT DO IT. You no doubt are handing over your money on the assumption that Gaia Interactive Inc will provide a service by allowing you to have an account on Gaia Online via their website at www.gaiaonline.com, and permit you to use the services which this website provides, through this account.

When you pay for these services from Gaia Interactive, you are most likely under the assumption that Gaia Interactive will hold to this agreement with due diligence, and will continue to provide this service unless they have evidence that you have breached the Terms of Service, which is a formal agreement between TWO parties, that if the user of the service holds to this agreement, that the provider of the service will continue to allow access to this service, as long as it is active.

It is often assumed on the part of the customer that Gaia Interactive will investigate suspicion of a breach of contract, and will provide evidence of such a breach, before they render their services unavailable to the paying party.

DO NOT BELIEVE THIS, IT IS A SCAM!

Gaia Interactive has included this loophole in their Terms of Service, in order to justify their right to scam your money:

15. Violations; Termination. You agree that Gaia, in its sole discretion and for any or NO REASON, may terminate any account (or any part thereof) you may have with Gaia or your use of Gaia Online and remove and discard all or any part of your account, Member profile, or any Member Submission, at any time. Gaia may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing access to Gaia Online, or any part thereof, with or without notice.

No doubt if you have read this clause you, like I and many others, took it as just another piece of legal protection they have given themselves "just in case". You probably thought this was a gentleman's agreement, and that they would hold to their end of the bargain as an honorable company, and not terminate your service without due cause.

THIS IS NOT THE CASE. Gaia Interactive Inc. has included this clause, worded as is "for any or NO REASON", in order to release themselves from the obligation to provide evidence of a breach of contract, before terminating their services.

This is happening over and over and over again, and resolution of these issues are NOT RESOLVED because Gaia Interactive Inc., a company which is being paid for their services, refuses to provide Account Support for their customers. This is unheard of in the world of business.

You think your money is safe in their hands? It is not. Gaia Online is a scam - do not trust your money to Gaia Interactive Inc.
