Wow, I totally know how you feel. I had a panic attack at uni once. I curled up in the bushes hyperventilating. >.< A friend found me and it took /two hours/ to get me calm.

Awwww. *huggles* Can you have a nap later or something...

This is really bad but when Mum can't sleep she takes two neurophen (ibuprofen). I'm not saying it's a good idea but it might work as a last resort. Do you know why you're having trouble sleeping?

Haha, I have that problem too sometimes x))
or the arms are too long and short or something goes funny xD and I don't even realize it before I'm done.
