As far as the Sinbad spin off goes, I have read up to what was labeled as Chapter 19.
For the main Magi manga, I've read up to chapter 213.

The Noragami anime is kinda fun to watch too, but the manga has a more "complete" feel to it. Understandably, most anime adaptations leave out stuff from the original work due to time or budget constraints, so I'm not really surprised. But when I was reading the manga, I felt they skipped some important details. I had a better appreciation for the series because of the manga, but I like the anime too because it has a good VA cast (incidentally, Alibaba's Yuki Kaji is one of the main three characters XD )
