I dont, the neck is very strong part of the body unless you hit certain places like the wind pipe. For me sometimes the best answer is the throat, and yes I can kick that high

back or side of the neck works wonders to, it can pa-realize or kill

not if your also smart about it, jump knee in the gut, (or groin if need be) swift round house to the back of their knee that should bring them to the ground and then grab ahold of their throat

upper body strenth ins only a quarter of what you need, your legs are what you should use the most

its hard and long and depending on who you work for its bad.....ive been fighting and training since I was 6, I'm 18 now and im hired mostly because ppl dont think of me as a bodyguard but as a regular person in the crowed
