A lot of the series I read/watch are generally old things. I'm a fan of classics. I think majority of the stuff I have read/seen were from 70s-late 90s. ^^;

I like Kaori Yuki's works as far as manga/anime things go.

Also did check out Tokyo ghoul mainly because gore and things : D

I do like a lot of their characters but I wouldn't play the game. ^^;

Yeah. I'm that one person who just helps with quests / items. Usually I go farming by myself because my build and gear practically allows me to be away forever pretty much self sustainable.

I usually play assassin/thief class so natural high attack speed plus possible damage. The gear I had in that game I personally hunted down things that would make it self-sustaining. I gain SP & Hp back per hit due to my weapons. My armor was a tank - knockbacks doesn't apply to me. My headgear allows me to earn money per kill. It was good times. : D --- not the best gear for damage dealing but its the best for self sustaining.

I don't play them anymore actually. Most of the nice friends I had in the games all left after our server died. We use to play Ragnarok online (the original one). We had a main server we use to play on all the time adn after that one died down we all went to a few others together then slowly we all went our own ways. I actually recently remet one of the people I use to play with there. (though he isn't Filipino - he's Norwegian Japanese)

Met his older brother fairly recently through a friend in which I currently play games with. Saw his facebook, saw the name of the guy I use to play with and asked what their relations was. Turns out they are brothers. So now I'm friends with both.. Small world.

I don't play league but my brother is trying to force me to play. I don't play well with teamwork.

I'm usually the member who goes off farming things for people if they needed for quests or items.

Ooo That's interesting. I actually haven't met much Filipinos here actually. Maybe one or two in my whole time on Gaia since 2003. I met majority of Filipinos playing video games actually - mmos to be exact.

I know.. I blame my family's background and anime.

Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, German = Family background related.

Portuguese = Anime related
Italian = got use to reading it along side Portuguese since the words are very similar

Which ones do you understand? if I may ask?

Actually some parts in the movies are not accurate.. (like most other movies out there). They added some new things in some of the movies.

Languages .. currently I am fluent (read/write/speak) in Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese Chinese.

However i can read/relatively understand German, Portuguese and Italian. (I can't pronounce them yet, still learning x_x)

Also when spoken to me I also understand Japanese, Vietnamese, and some Thai.

The first Tolkien book I read was actually The Silmarillion. It's a book which speaks of the time long before the main series. Practically the prior history. I got hooked on that. The rest was sure to follow. I read the books first because books are definitely so much better than films.

I see you are not a fan of long films. That's fine. I understand that feel. Though being a LOTR geek for all this time since I discovered the series ... I am more than willing to sit through it all and love every bit mostly.

I wish to purchase the hardcover of the trilogy where it has all the stories in one book. I currently only have the paperbacks.

I watched The Hobbit on Wednesday. That's about it. Read .. I've been re-reading The Silmarillion again. How about you?

I thought the priny 's background story was pretty sad.
